If you do not want to continue

If a student does not want to continue with us, we refund 50% of the payment for unused classes.

Unused classes means live sessions that have not yet been conducted for that enrolment. Classes already taken are not refunded. The 50% refund is calculated on the fees paid for those remaining unused sessions only.

Live Cohorts & Bootcamps

For our live, mentor-led training batches, the refund criteria are as follows:

If a student does not want to continue with us, we refund 50% of the payment for unused classes.

Full Refund Window: You are eligible for a 100% refund if you raise a cancellation request at least 48 hours before the officially scheduled start date of the first live session.

If the student does not want to continue: If a student does not want to continue with us, we refund 50% of the payment for unused classes. This applies after the course has started, for remaining live sessions that have not yet been taken.

Used classes: Fees for live sessions already conducted are not refunded. Only unused classes are included in the 50% calculation.

Short-Term Workshops & Masterclasses

Weekend masterclasses and single-day workshops are non-refundable because of limited seating and short duration. For live ongoing courses, if a student does not want to continue with us, we refund 50% of the payment for unused classes.

If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please notify us at info@geekashram.in at least 24 hours in advance. We may, at our sole discretion, transfer your seat to a future schedule of the same workshop.

Self-Paced / Pre-Recorded Courses

Self-paced, pre-recorded courses and downloadable packages are final and non-refundable. For live mentor-led enrolments, if a student does not want to continue with us, we refund 50% of the payment for unused classes.

Once digital access to the learning management platform is granted and the source materials are unlocked, we cannot reverse the transaction.

Technical / System Failures

In the rare event that Geekashram cancels or indefinitely postpones a specific batch or training program due to internal operational issues, learners will be issued a 100% refund automatically.

Please note that refunds are not provided for student-side technical issues, including local internet outages, power failures, or incompatible hardware. If a student does not want to continue with us for any other reason, we refund 50% of the payment for unused classes.

The Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

• Write an email to info@geekashram.in from your registered email ID.
• Include your Order ID/Registration Number, your full name, and that you do not want to continue. We will calculate 50% of the payment for unused classes.
• Our admissions compliance team will review your timeline, unused sessions, and account activity within 3 business days to verify eligibility.

Payout Timelines

Approved Refunds: Once a refund is formally approved by our team, the credit will be credited back to your original source of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI gateway). If a student does not want to continue with us, we refund 50% of the payment for unused classes.

Processing Delay: It generally takes 5 to 7 business days for the amount to show up on your bank statement, completely depending on your banking provider's domestic clearing cycles.
